You may have noticed that I did not reach my goal weight last week. Apparently my 30 minute work-outs five days a week are just not hacking it. Starting this week I will be working out 1 hour of cardio every moning before work. I am praying that this will give me a kick in the pants!!

I admire you!! Wow, I don't want to think about how early you must need to get up... I have a hard time dragging myself up at 7!! I'm praying that this grows easier as it becomes a habit!

Before you feel to discouraged that your workout is not working let me tell you about an article I recently read. I was having the same struggle around Christmas-I was doing the 30 day shred and nothing not one pound for 3 weeks! I then read an article that if when you begin to workout at some regularity your muscles have been dehydrated and now they are craving and consuming water-so you won't lose for 3-4 weeks more than a few pounds, but then if you continue to be consistant should drop 3-5 all at once. It rang true for me-i was glad I read the article because it gave me hope to keep on keep in on!
