Safely Out!!

My handsome nephew is here.  He arrived safely on January 24th at 12:47PM.  He weighed 8 pounds, 9ounces and has a very large head.  In fact, his head and shoulders were so big it prompted Dr Wong to say, "I am now even more confident of my decision to do a C section!"

Mandy is doing much better now, although they did have a little difficulty stabilizing her blood pressure and stopping the bleeding.  Thank you all for your prayers for my little nephew.

When KayLynn saw the first picture of Jack she said, "That's my baby cousin.  He's at the doctor gettin a sticker!"

We are all in love with the newest member of our family, and so proud of the hard work that Mandy did!

When he started crying last night KayLynn said, "maybe we should put his lid on."  She is very much looking forward to tonight because Aunt Mandy said that she could hold baby Jack!
