Reassurance from the smallest places...
Lately KayLynn has been grabbing my face between her hands and saying in a hushed voice... "Shhh shhh, don't cry Mommy. It's ok. Shhh shh". No, I am not crying!! She is the little mommy in our home. Everyone is taken care of and re-assured when needed! Once when I put her to bed she started to cry. I told her that it was Pooh's bedtime, and she needed to cuddle with him. She grabbed him and said, "Go night-night Pooh. It's ok. Don't cry." And then she rolled over and went to sleep.

She is so precious!! I can't believe she is talking in phrases and sentences!! She sounds so mature. She'll be a wonderful mommy when she grows up. :)
Wow, I am gonna have to try that. Wish bedtime was that quick and easy here.
